A water slide decal should work too, then you can use any train pic you like.

Jerry, I've seen the tshirt decal idea before, but forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder. In fact, I think it may have been Uncle John that suggested that to me before.

6 stringers. Definitely plan to taper the neck. As far as the spokeshave, I'm terrible at sharpening things so I'm not sure how well that would work for me in the long run. Would love to try though

Find a Train pic you like and have it turned into a T-shirt decal, then Iron it on your box.,.,I hear it has been done.,.,The only thing I would change about your 6er's is give them a tapered neck.,.guitarists like that stuff.,.,I shape my necks with a router, but I just got a spokeshave.,,.cheers.,.

Thanks Jerry! I haven't tried to sell it yet. I have a couple people interested, but I'm really not sure how much I want. I guess I'm trying to get it played a few times and get a better feel for how playable it really is. I see a couple changes I need to make for my next 6 stringer. The next one will be better! My next couple of builds are requests. A school friend of mine is a DJ and wants one with his logo on it. Just an accoustic 3 stringer. He'll have this one on display every time he DJs somewhere so that one has to be sharp. Another friend wants a train theme guitar to display in his model train room. I have some ideas, but we'd really like to find a box with a train theme already on it. Those aren't easy to find.

I really don't like seeing myself on video. I didn't know we were doing all that until I got there. Lol. If I would have known, I could have been better prepared
