Air Tapping Bach on the Cigar Box Guitar

An acoustic version of a small excerpt from Jesu Joy Of Man's Desiring by Johann Sebastian Bach.

This is played on my Chickenbone John cigar box guitar. The guitar is normally tuned DAdd and so is normally played in the key of D major. I de-tuned the A to G making this string the root and the other strings the 5th and hence putting the piece into its original key of G major. DGdd

In this way I was able to play the tune without "octave jumping"..

Thanks Uncle John - actually it's what we call a daddy long legs here in the UK  - hence the name  (I'm very tall, I'm a Dad and my name is Les!!).  By "skeeter" - I guess you mean a mosquito!!

Like the skeeter logo, Les.  Lovely.
