Thank you RTZGUITARS for your comment. Explore and try to understand the relativity between Open D/E and Open G/A. This is one of the topics discussed on my instructional video CD 3. Once you clarify this, the two tunings don't appear different and it easier to work in either tuning. Enjoy your practice, Keni Lee
