<p>Like the finish. I built a amp/speaker cab out of Pine awhile back, burned it with a propane torch and finished it with Truoil. Looked great, you may want to try that on another build. <p>Thanks Kigar! The body is what they call a "craft panel" from Lowes. It's just a bunch of pine cutoffs bonded together and planed flat. Sort of a butcher block thing. The finish is Minwax Dark Walnut stain. If you don't treat the pine first, the stain absorbs differently across the grain of the body. From a woodworking perspective, it's not "correct", but I like the look!</p>
