"If I understand correctly, you can use the tin as a shield if you run a ground wire to it. Everything ground gets directed to to the jack and works to isolate the entire circuit. Got a pic of the biscuit tin guitar?"

Really in need of info, i am wiring a biscuit tin guitar with fender pickup and volume & tone, should i insulate the controls & pickup from the tin? the bridge is mounted on the tin and wired, will that cause problems with the other components? this electrical stuff isn't as easy as steel or wood.hope someone has an answer, i'm bustin to try it out.any help would be great, cheers, dougSee More
