I built a diddley bow a few days ago. After trying my various glass and metal slides, I found the one I liked best was a piece of PVC tubing. NIce and light and sounds suprisingly good.
Sonny, I just have too much going on right now to take on any new builds. But maybe in a month or two. I started making bone noters for lap dulcimer playing, got 4 builds to finish and then got my bone slides to work on. Why don`t you try checking ebay, you might be able to find a banjo that needs some minor work at a cheap price......Randy
