Hello again, I have another question. I made a few 3 string CBG's using a 1" dia. pole for a neck. If you've built and sold using this type of neck, did you put fret and dot markings on it or did you…Continue

Hello again, I have another question. I made a few 3 string CBG's using a 1" dia. pole for a neck. If you've built and sold using this type of neck, did you put fret and dot markings on it or did you let the customer fend for himself? Thanks.See More

"I use old jeans, yes jeans. A 34 or larger size works best. I cut them up the middle to make two and have someone sew the ankle end or just tie it off with string. My high builds go in heavy padded guitar cases."

I needed a hobby to create something. When I came across cigar box guitars, I decided to build one for my wife for Christmas. It came out good, and after doing 5 more (3 diddly bows, 2 3-string one of which is a bed-pan guitar), my hope is to show up at the 2017 PA CBG Fest with my own tent and product.
