The diversity of the movement, the sharing/transparency of builder knowledge ( I hope my blinders aren't on here???) and my love of the blues that took me to live in New Orleans in the mid 1990's where most guitar players were tuned to open, playing slide, wail'in the blues. Son House, Mississippi Sheiks...

Yeah,, shouldve got pictures during building.. its a butterfly hinge coming off the box with the bolt n ball coming thru the middle hole.. bolts run from the holes either side down to the pedal plate under the box with a spring in between.. hope that makes some sense.
