so i came up with this crazy idea. what about making a "self amped' cbg. My idea was taking a small box, maybe a little bit larger than an altoids box, and turning it into an amp. mount the box/amp on the box and wire it so that when you want it amped, you just have to flip a switch. no plugging in or anything, just flipping a switch. if you understand what I am saying, would that be even possible?See More

"Black walnut rates 1010 on the janka scale but black walnut to me is a greatly under estimated tone wood. I used a bunch on finger boards but could never get big enough pieces to build necks. I bet they have a nice tone though!"
