Wiring isuue on dual pickup build.

Hello All,I'm finishing up a gas can guitar. It has a Tele style set up, except, instead of a neck pickup, I installed a piezo disc .THE PROBLEM- I'm using a standard wiring set-up, but the piezo stays on at every setting on the three way. At first I thought there was too much metal touching,so I insulated. Did'nt help.Possible the piezo has too much out put for that switch???I've done this schematic on dozens of solidbodys, and never had this problem. What am I missing? If I disconnect the…See More

Nothing but Abete pine here in Italy. I've searched and searched... maybe someone in the EU can find some for me. For now, I'm using 30 mm thick slabs, after a week it's showing no bowing, we'll see... I'll probly have to look for a built neck for the next one.

Nice! How do the pine necks work out? I'm trying "Abete" pine here in Italy, got it super-thick (40mmX30mm) to strengthen things up, and this size actually feels better in my hand, like an old Louisville Slugger...

Couple three inches today they say, but winter is not done yet... Thank you for the welcome. I am just starting to learn to play, and will be looking to make my first electric a CB once I get learned.

Once we get past this slump and the winter is broke by spring I will try to come by and see the Medicine Man :)

Peace
