How did you learn about Cigar Box Nation?: Online CBG search

How many instruments have you built so far?: Currently building my first.

What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here (at least one sentence long), your membership may be rejected as a spam/bot fake account).: I was first drawn to CBG by their heritage. Being a life-long strummer approaching 70, the idea that music should and can be at the center of one's existence is reinforced by the "everyman (and woman)" concept of the self-made instrument available to everyone with access to the simplest of materials.
