Finally... Re-constructed the practice piece three-string slide,with an axe handle neck, into a four-string slide, with musky lure,for myself (perhaps I should learn how to play it ?) and the Lic.to Chill tenor uke has been delivered to my step-daughter in Bradento FL

Howdy, that sort of stuff (tinker toys, erector sets, microscopes) have always facinated me. They are the seeds of our tinkerings. We just get more grandios about it. I can't wait to see your Steam Punk geared git... My latest lap steel is coming cool. I just airbrushed the fret board today. It came out nice, but i made a mistake. I marked the 23rd fret instead of the 24th... oops. I've figured a way to fix it... you'll see. ... Dave
