Hi Eric, like the summer gear mate, being a bit high up ( just on a hill, not rich or stately!) missed the lousy floods, I do feel for our poor friends over the flooded country. Despite that a warm and friendly welcome and you can't go wrong from here in, some of the greatest in all aspects of builds and knowledge, all the best mate, keep in touch,Chris. :)
