If you check my page you can see some of them. How are you? What are you doing? If you do not already know I am currently in Afghainstan serving with the US Navy. I joined somewhere along the line and am now working in a british hospital here for the next 7 months. It is crazy but I like it well enough. What are you doing for a living? Do you still practice martial arts? I no longer run a school for obvious reasons but I do have a class back in Erie I teach when when I am not deployed.
