Volume pot to the right, Sprauge cap between, tone pot and jack socket on the left. No bridge ground as per the wiring diagram i followed from The Guitar Handbook by Ralph Denyer.

Comment by Seaman Jay on July 4, 2012 at 5:42pm is it possible you "bridged" the volume pot on its case?
Comment by Dave Lynas on July 4, 2012 at 5:33pm Hey guys, Help! This didn't work right. It sounds great, but the volume pot (right) doesn't do anything but full volume. The tone pot works which is a first for me. My other 3 attempts failed to change the tone on previous builds. This time i used a good cap.. It looks like the jack socket touches the tone pot, but it doesn't. I didn't tape wrap my joins this time as they are all clear of each other.
