Comment by Pine on December 18, 2013 at 5:13am: Yes, my first build. Nut to mid 12th is 9 1/2". From there to the bridge is 10". 19 1/2" nut to bridge. Not excited about moving the bridge..it's in there pretty solid. I can play first position chords in standard tuning and they sound pretty ok but the farther you go up the neck, the worse it gets...so i have it in open D and play slide by ear. Thank you for you interest and compliment.

Comment by Pine on December 17, 2013 at 5:02pm: Can't move the bridge enough without moving the pickups...and there are some major holes routed to accommodate them. Maybe I could move the bridge up until it touches the pups and get some improvement...but of course then I would have bridge holes to fill in and repaint...Can't believe I did anything so dumb...
