Comment by Jay Patton on October 30, 2012 at 2:31pm Yeah, the allen wrench ground just made sense lol. The other P-bass half I had went on a 4-stringer, so I haven't. I didn't expect this build to be so twangy, or I would have just put it flush against the neck. I was trying to to a clearer bass, warmer treble thing with the angle on this one... don't think it mattered haha.
Comment by Topper Hobbs on October 30, 2012 at 2:28pm Got to use your allen wrench ground. Have you ever positioned the three strings between the poles of a P Bass pickup? It works.
Comment by Jay Patton on January 1, 2012 at 11:50am Thanks. This has a real unique sound. Full, but loads of twang. I'll have to do a vid soon. I have it tuned to DAd right now... chunky.
Comment by Uncle John on December 30, 2011 at 7:53pm Nice one.
