It is actually a wood laminate on 1/4 plywood. It has a really nice sound to it. 1/4 Plywood boxes Ive been saying for a while now make a nice sounding box. Most of what I do though is a hardwood box. I just mix it up and the all sound different. I have a list of tone woods now and will make use of it.
