You can also by the metal tent grommets at Habor Freight at a very good price. If you want to blacken them, get a small propane torch and heat the grommets until they glow and then drop them into some used motor oil. This works for bolts too. Tandy Leather also sells all kinds of different sizes of metal gromments too (they will cost you more than Habor Freight, but they have more of a size selection).

The sound holes I buy at Hobby Lobby -- they are Curtain Grommets. The Screen is just window screen that I cut and hot glue in place. Sometimes I paint the grommets and screen to match the color of the box.
