Share 'Ken Burgess CD?'

I'm looking to find the learning CD/DVD that I see advertised here on CBNation.  When I click the link to Ken's ebay site, I see a nice collection of his teachings but I don't recognize any of them as being the one on the add titled "How to play 3 & 4 string cigar box guitar" for $9.99.  I would appreciate it if someone would point me to the best starter video by Ken.
