If you enjoy three string guitars, this is the place!

Hi Folks, This is the group to share everything about the three string guitar...it is only about 3 stringers, not that there is a problem with 6 string guitars, those are cool, and 4 stringers are nifty too...but this is a place to share ideas and post anything and everything 3 string.

There is another website on the net that is the mecca of all that is 3 string.... come visit it sometime, just Google "3 string guitar" or visit 3-string-guitar.com...there is so much info it would fill up this section...come on over when you are ready to read lots of great stories.

If you have anything to share, add it here and it might help get your sales or spread the word about your music.....post your ideas, photos and tips, don't let it get buried and lost in the random 4 and 6 string stuff....this is the place for your 3 string post, this is three string heaven.

Get out of the rutt, play a three string!

Lots more great stuff, come visit 3-string-guitar.com

the best for me is A D a...or C F c...something like that where the top string is the same as the bottom

What key do y'all tune your 3 strings in?  I want to find something thats real bluesy and something I can pick too.

I have tryed and they were not to loud, i like simple broze strings, I even have tried the phosper bronze strings and not been happy as that coating seems to dampen the volume, to me i get the best results from broze acoustic strings

has anyone ever tried flatwound strings?. Or should a person use just regular acoustic strings?
