Anyone have suggestions on what i can use for "string trees" on a three string fretless CBG? I've been using 1 nail per string to hold it down and guide it over the machine screw i use as a nut.

Nice CBG. I've used fence staples a couple of times, work great.  Look at this page for several other items that will work good for CBGs.  Look here: http://www.mcmaster.com/#cable-staples/=ci3wcl
I use tiny eye screws and feed the strings through the loop. They are pretty cheap. You can buy a huge bag of them that will last a long time.
just use pan head screws.... brass or stainless both look good...
I cut slots in my nut and don't use any string trees.
