I'm new to the CBG scene and wondered if anyone may be able to help or point me in the right direction. I sign'd up to the HGMC and at the same time ordered my Box ticket for Leicester. To date I have not received any acknowledgement or welcome pack.
Paypal account was debited in April just wondered if this is the norm?
Any advice when they would normally expect to turn this around for a new member.
