hi gobi,
wow what a way kool car, just thhe right material for a serious ol'skool styled custom....not forgettin' the bike, again great bobber material as i'm also heavily into these aswell !

do you get to any of the german hotrod / kustom meets that i've seen in custom car, ol'skool rods etc.

i usually attend the uk's premier trad rod & kustom event, The HotRod Hayride, plenty of kool music going on, not forgettin' the burlesque entertainment !

i'll send you some photos of my last project , a trad styled '48 Plymouth Club Coupe, when i've resized them for sending, file size is large at present 1

keep in touch,

regards,

ian drury, aka 'zorstklamp....or "mr ol'skool " , norfolk, uk.
hi gobi,

have a look at my page on CBnation as i've just added some photos of my previous rides.

have you any more info on your car & bike ?

thanks,

ian drury, norfolk ,uk.
Ah, now I found the pics! Wow, you own all these cars? Holy shit!!
I have visited a few meetings here in Germany this year - this hole hot rod stuff is becomming quite popular now - sometimes more popular as I like...
I have a blog about building the car, it's just in german, but a lot of Photos:
http://stabil-berlin.de/pobeda/

Nothing like this about the motorbike, but if you take a look how the look original, you can imagine, what I have done:

thaks gobi, do you know of any bikes like yours for sale...i'm lookin' to build me a 'bobber', something ususual !
unfortunately i don't own any of them now, sold on to finance new projects and the last one sold to help me move home because of a new job that forced me to relocate to my present location.
That bike is way too ephing cool! Not to get to personal but do those sell for big $$ over there? My hot rods will prob. be the disregarded MG's of my father-in-law. That car looks so much like a toy, ha!, I had to look close at the pic to get the sense of reality.
One can find EMW's around 2000 - 3000€ , depents on how good they are.

@Ian: I have a Sunbeam 7 in the backyard..... but to to less money and time - and it needs a lot of both
That's very cool! I really like the motorcycle. I was super into motorcycles for a while. I still have a few around, but I used to have dozens. Nothing as nice as yours though. (you can see pictures here: http://bikepics.com/members/fixedschwinn/) I realized I wasn't that good at keeping them running, which made it less fun. Now I'm into bicycles. Those I can usually keep running and have a lot of fun building and riding.

you had some cool bikes there Matt.
Had to join so I could chime in! Way cool EMW, My granmothers boyfriend had a B MW simular to that. Thanks for adding the before shot, really shows your mods, the result is well done. What make is the car?
Neat bicycle too, I really like the side hack bike, I could use one of those for postal trips.
No picture at the moment but my project is a '36 Ford 5 window, oh and I have a couple bicycles and a few motorcycles. I think we all have the same disease, stuffitus.
Too damn funny, that disease is very contagious.

You've got a '36 5w coupe project ! WOW lucky fella, this is one of my most favourite cars of all time, the first one being the late Jack Calori's 'classic' '36 3w coupe custom.......ohh if only i won the lottery !
