Frankly, I myself am getting a little bored with the ho-hum 100% "Building Tips" tone of the nation, lately. We need more on the performance side so we don't fall into becoming a haven for quirky reclusive 'Artsy and Craftsy" introverts . . . . like some model train club or something.

There are open mics everywhere! As for myself, I'm actually starting one up here in my little corner of the world. First edition is Fri March 5th.

This is my band minus the bass player and drummer. I actually did a couple of blues songs with a "Mississippi Saxophone" player (harmonica) but they didnt end up on video.

I have 2 people that were there requesting custom CBGs just from us doing those 2 songs. Joseph, the other guitar player and fool who thought it would be funny to do a Miley Cirus song in front of a crowd of 40 and 50 somethings, wants to start moving some of those kind of tunes to the CBG. The song went over well by the way, he was right.

Anyway, we usually do all originals and sprinkle stuff like this is for fun, and I do blues stuff on CBG, but now they are buying in and gonna start putting some stuff together with me so Val can sing instead of me, which is a good thing!

I've played out with my "Boss Hog" 2wice and gotten orders both times!
