Have fun...I used for the bridge the center rod of a bolt latch for the door...ground flat on one side.....use medium Nickle strings

Welcome to your new addiction! Don't let anyone fool you with talk of a "hobby". We're all addicts here; I hope I'm never cured!

With a piezo, you can use any strings you want, since it works purely on vibrations. You can use about anything for a bridge that will raise the stings to the height you want: an old key, a bolt, a cabinet hinge, etc.... I'm sure your carpenter friend can help you.

Welcome to the fun. Muddy Creek Guitars is right, it is an addiction. You can quit any time you want, but once you start you won't want to. Every build is different and you will want to collect the whole set.

No idea of how many exist in a "Whole Set", but I still have a lot to build before I even get close.

I want to build a LPG and a tenor ukulele cigar box...my first is a 25 .5 bridge to nut...i want to make a shorter one too
