Im asking this question here because this section seems to be alot more active that the cbg electronics section and I figure I would get just as good an answer from you guys. I want to experiment a little with piezo placement. I usually glue my piezos in near the bridge. How would the back of the cbg sound, or even the center of the soundboard. What different locations have you tried and how did it sound? -Alex

I pllace mine under the bridge.

I place mine under the box lid a little (1/2") forward of the bridge buried in a glob of silicon. Not too much lid scratching or feedback through my amp. I've pretty much tried them most places and this works for me. make sure you have a relief slot under the box lid or your neck will make noise all the way to the nut...Marcus

Mine is slightly behind the bridge/apron and picks up really well but I didn't insulate mine and it picks up every little tap or movement on the guitar. The next one I will place as Marcus suggested.

Because their only a couple bucks each I wire up  2 .... 1 on the neck near the bridge

and the other I try in different spots on the box lid till you find the sweet spot....
