Comment by Scott aka Farmer Ted on March 10, 2013 at 4:09pm strings are Fender Nylon Tape Wound (steel inside and wrapped and rubbed tape outside)...comfortable, great for fretless bass, and can be used with magnetic pickups and/or piezos

Comment by Chris Thomas on February 25, 2013 at 10:19am Jamie mate, fretless bass, fretted bass, jumbo or whatever? What's the worry mate. Do it now and solve the real problems out later, adjustable bridge is a good investment or a nut to suit, have confidence in yourself, you can do it man. Just get the spacing right and you have cracked it, if not do the fretless bass a renound and honoured timeless bass of beauty. He who dares Jamie, let me know how it goes then we can sort the problems later, why jump imaginary fences? Hope that gives you a bit of confidence, every git you make will have it's own glitches as all the guys and gals here know, go for it,best of luck. Chris. :)
