I just got this pedal and it's all I hoped it would be. If your not familiar with this it's a distortion pedal with a clean mix. The distortion is an exact replica of the old Ibanez tube screamer. The clean is your guitar without distortion. So you can have both clean and distorted sound at the same time. To me mixing a bit of distortion under your clean sound sounds like an old junky amp. You have the usual bell like chime of your guitar strings. Followed by a distorted fade off. You could also add clarity to your rhythm playing by adding just a bit of a clean sound to your distortion.

The only thing I wish this pedal had was distortion in and out jacks. So you could add your own distortion pedal to it. I have an Ibanez Tube Screamer (TS9DX). Not one of my favorites. Be awesome to hear a different distortion done this way.
