Pics of the patient might help stir some ideas.  Fret buzz from a fretless is a head scratcher.  My last 'unexplained buzz' turned out to be a loose screw on the tuner's head.

Thank you for you answer. I will check my screw. There were certainly. Couple of head that seemed loose. But as I said I also feel that I distorted the D string in particular. I checked it again dot is thinner at the 3rd and 5th. Posting a photo of it in the gallery now.

I tried one too, the strings vibrate like crazy. Maybe you could raise the bridge and/or the nut to see if it is too close to the fretboard. Also plucking the string parallel to the fretboard helps. I couldn't get any acoustic sound volume either, how is yours?

The action on most commercially made ones I have seen has been rather high. I have not seen one with decent acoustic volume. 

I put about 3mm action at the nut and 6 or 7mm at the 12th on the one I made.

Hi guys,  thank you all for your thoughts. I have now changed my strings and the buzzing went. it must have been the damaged string.
