I bought some of the economy tuners and they're on my latest build. They came quick and they're holding up well.

I should also mention another very nice touch. Someone had handwritten "Thanks Andy" on the receipt.

You don't get that from UK companies!

Must have been one of Ben's many Customer Service Reps.....lol

He's got a way of making everyone feel like they're his favorite customer. You don't get that from ANY company. I used piezos, tuners and fret wire from him on my latest build. I couldn't have gotten better parts any cheaper from any source.

Good timing. I'm working on my first build with these tuners. They do seem to be nice tuners.

One problem I ran into was they require a thicker board than I'm used to so mine turned out a little thin and I had to compensate with some extra washers. Other than that, they're great and I'm just making a mental note for next time.
