The Dodds and Claus of New York piano guitar from 1790.
This Dodds and Claus guitar made in 1790 shows how innovative the American music scene has been for a very long time.
Unfortunately I think the piano action is missing.or at least I can't see it
The strings are single single paired paired paired and tripple. I could not see how the tuning was adjusted.
Just about the weirdest guitar I have ever seen.
