...there are a lot of them about .. ;-)

Here's a link on how to make a totally portable suitcase drum kit.

http://www.instructables.com/id/Build-a-Suitcase-Drum-Set/

I began to build such a drum-set as part of my project to assemble a band that plays music with instruments made of garbage or salvaged parts. I used a big plastic suit-case which sounds good enough (for my Purpose) and I built the pedal out of a bikes bottom bracket and the mallet is an old soup ladle.

I pretty much gave up after it as it proved to be difficult to build the other drums (and cymbals) properly. I couldn't get hold of buckets that are big enough to create the low pitched sound that one needs for the drums. Even if I could get some of these, making a half-decent drumhead seems to be impossible: A good sounding alternative is PET-1 plastic that I stretched/fixed to a can with a blow-dryer but I couldn't find plastic that is large enough to cover large drums like these. I didn't try (build/think) about anything (cymbals) beyond that.

Does Anyone know what the brackets are you need for these?

yup  . some  have a  real  cool    deep  sound  , depending on  the material   .

Yup
Got my dads old wheels case
Want to kit its out to fit all my kit in and be the bass drum.
Got wheels too !!
Do I fit a snare to it or just have one separate?
Do I fit a Tom on it or leave it?
Do I need to rip out interior?
Brackets?
Might fit and amp and speakers too.
That would sooo cool to build a bass drum that doubles as a carry case for other equipment!
