Recording software giveaway
Cool Record Edit Pro 8.8.3 is being given away free today at Give Away of the Day.
Easy to use audio recording software that may be of interest to some folks.
Not as powerful as Audacity but gives good results for off the cuff recordings with a smaller learning curve.
On my Windows box I get better results recording through the line-in using Cool Edit than with Audacity, mic-in is about the same.

Yeah sure have; Forte 5 Basic, Songtrix Silver, several recording and video apps, some graphics software, and a few good utilities.
First thing I do when I log on is check the offer of the day. ;-)
It's a long running legitimate site where developers post software that is usually a full version offering. Lately the trend has been a one year license but some are not time limited.
The sister site Game Giveaway of the Day gives away free games on the weekend, usually on Sunday but occasionally on Saturday also.
