Radiusing a fretboard

Hi all, short of using a radius sanding block, how do you experienced builders radius your fretboards? I am saving up for a Stew Mac order for a bunch of tools, but what can I do until then?

I made mine on the tablesaw TC...two blocks, four radius's..and yea by hand...they go suprisingly fast..with stickon sandpaper...start your deep cut in the middle of block and work out little by little lowering the blade to match whatever radius you draw out on block...
