My next CBG build
Hi, I pulled this box out of a bunch of cigar boxes my wife and daughter bought me, as it shows some promise, and it is different, I think. It is made of bamboo. The top is fixed and a drawer is used to access cigars inside. I'll remove the drawer and replace it with a solid side.
It will be an electric guitar as the top and back are too thick to produce any acoustic response. I have plenty of pickups to choose from and it will be a six string.

Dontcha just love thinkin' about "the next build"? I find myself thinking one or two ahead while I'm in the midst of a build. Enjoying the moment, but idling forwards with what could come next. Good to keep the juices flowin'. Interesting box, Taffy. I'm sure we'll be entertained with your pic's.

Thanks grandpa, I was thinking today to day of posting of the build progress instead of a heap of pics at the end. I record all my builds and repairs anyway, so no big deal. Watch this space
