There doesn't appear to be one for SC.

Yup Hollis . the ability to start your own group has been  disabled  due to reasons Dan pointed out .  alot of repeats  etc.. ...  not to mention   unrelated  content  etc etc .  If, however ,  you feel  you have a legitimate idea  for a group  , you  may  request on from Ben  (CBGITTY ) http://www.cigarboxnation.com/profile/cbgitty  for approval.

in the meantime , you can always use the NC group , or   use the advanced  search , by hovering  on   "community " in the top of  page menu , then  click  "members  , then search  by state  . country  / city  etc  to find members close to you .
