Thanks a lot, i don't receive the coil yet, but, if it's just a + and a - , and go to the jack (or whith a volume.). In fact it's the same as a piezo!!! i don't realy know, how i will nicely cut the box to place it, i don't have lot of verry cool tools!! But we'll see!! Thx again !! (sorry for my english, i'm french, but i try my best !!)
Permalink Reply by FerneL on October 6, 2011 at 7:17am Thx , but it must be ( i didn't receive it ), but i translate directly from the french, and it doesn't work like that at all !!! anyway!!
Am i right, is it really like i said, like a piezo!!?? with or whithout potentiometer ?? It's because of the "4 pole"!!, i imagine 4 conection at the coil bottom, or 4 cable!!
Because i tried to replace a humbucker from my "Gretsch" and put myself in a deepshit!! but i was much younger!! and it must be easier for a CigarBox!!
So again, am i right !!!
