Speaking of judges, you are probably wondering who the judges will be. Here are the folks that have graciously agreed to do the judging for us.

Tony Steidler-Dennison - Tony is the creator and host of the free weekly Roadhouse blues podcast, and is a walking, talking blues encyclopedia. He periodically throws a cigar box guitar artist into the mix as time allows. Visit the Roadhouse for the finest blues you've never heard.

Lt. Ed Salau (NC Army National Guard, Ret.) - Ed is my contact for all things Wounded Warrior and assists me with getting our CBGs into the hands of service members and wounded warriors. He is based at the USMC Wounded Warrior Battalion East at Camp Lejeune, NC. The CBGs For Service Members group would not be nearly as successful without his help.

Mark Frauenfelder - Mark is the Editor in Chief of Make Magazine, and also Editor at Boinboing.Net Mark has been a good friend of Cigar Box Nation and has helped promote cigar box guitars and home made instruments in his magazine and blog.

Shane Speal - "The Big Guy" got this whole CBG thing rolling and has worked tirelessly for well over a decade to promote cigar box guitars and the music they create. What else can you say?

Our judges will have their work cut out for them, since they have a lot of great instruments to review.
