Cool, I like the Depression Era sound you got from the lo-fi recording.

One Kind Favor ~ Blind Lemon Jefferson.  Low Fi, acoustic, minor key blues.    Recorded in a cemetery.  Bird sounds included.

This is a Tune called "Rushin Round" I released on my "Home Cookin"album. I used a three string CGB I got when I was playing at the King Biscuit Blues festival in Helena,Ark.

Just a bump to remind folks that the deadline for getting your blues song turned in is April 1, 2012. That is only a couple of weeks away.

Steve,  I absolutely love this song and the way you did it.

Here's my submission.  I have a little blood in this one.  I made my first ever bottle neck slide from on old bottle today just for this song.  Brought my CBG down to the basement to record it. Dropped the slide and broke it. Cut a finger picking up the pieces. Hadn't even hit as note at that point.  Anyway, the blues is the blues for a reason, I reckon.  thanks for setting this project up Dan!

Mike, this is a great track.   Would be great even without the cool train sounds.
